Our Chablis Domaine Manants, Jean-Marc Brocard from Burgundy, France is the perfect choice. Well balanced, and with a thrilling combination of flintiness and mineral fruit style typical of the chardonnay grape from Chablis, it would be the perfect accompaniment to the mild flavours of a fish like turbot.

Alternatively our Rowlands Brook Chardonnay would be the perfect partner. With its wonderful tropical fruit aromas and good depth of flavour it partners beautifully with the majestic turbot.
